Lori Sagardia – CDA
Lori has been a dental assistant since 1978, and has been a member of the Alafaya Family Dentistry team since 1990. She was born in Reno, Nevada and grew up in northern California. In her spare time she works as a Jazzercise instructor.

Nelly Konvalina, CDA and Laboratory Technician
Nelly is originally from Prague, Czech Republic, where she studied at a College of Dental Technology to become a dental technician, and later added dental assisting to her repertoire. She married her husband in Canada, and their kids were born in Kingston, Ontario. Since her graduation, Nelly took many continuing education courses in Canada and the United States from well known dentists such as Peter Dawson. Nelly and her husband moved to Oviedo 6 years ago and they all absolutely love it! Her daughter Alex and son Lucas are both attending Hagerty High School. Nelly is one of our newest team members. She has been a patient of Alafaya Family Dentistry for the last 6 years because she believes that the highest quality of dentistry and patient care is provided here. She loves spending time with her family and cheering her kids on in multiple sports. Her other hobbies are travel, home improvements, and driving her kids crazy!
Deborah Lenczyk – CRDH
Debbie has been a hygienist at Alafaya Family Dentistry for over 20 years. She enjoys getting to know her patients and teaching them how to keep their mouths healthy. She has been happily married to her husband David for over 30 years. They have two grown children, a daughter and son. Their daughter Jillian, and son in law Ryan, live in Chuluota with their two daughters -Ava and Mia. They are Debbies pride and joy! Their son Jamison lives in Sanford. He and his long time girlfriend Jamie have two fur babies…Cali and Ophelia. They too are Debbies pride and joy! In Debbies spare time she enjoys biking, yoga, crafting and cooking.
Jessica Ross
Jessica grew up in the Oviedo Community and attended Oviedo High School. She has a biology degree from University of Central Florida and received her dental hygiene degree from Sanford Brown College in Jacksonville in 2016. She has her anesthesia license from The University of Florida and has taken numerous courses on patient care and communication. In her free time she enjoys hanging out with her dog Baxter (the office therapy dog), running, and spending time with her family.
Laurie Wich – Accounting
Laurie has been in dentistry for over 30 years. She moved to Florida from New York and has resided in Central Florida for the last 30 years. She has been part of the Alafaya Family Dentistry Team since 2010. She enjoys spending time with family and friends. Her hobbies include music and classic car shows. She owns a 1966 convertible Chevelle and a 1991 Firebird, and enjoys taking her cars to car shows on the weekends.
Aleisha Barolet - Hygiene Coordinator
Aleisha joined our team in 2019 and has been in dentistry for over 11 years. She and her husband are Florida natives and are high school sweethearts. They share two wonderful children, Austin and Aubrey. In her spare time she loves to spend time with family and vacation at their cabin in North Carolina. You can always find her smiling at the front desk. Aleisha looks forward to accommodating you for your hygiene appointments.
Waben William - CRDH
Waben has been a dental hygienist since 2018 and has been a member at Alafaya Family Dentistry team since January 2020. She enjoys educating patients on how to keep their mouths healthy. She comes from a large family and enjoys spending her free time with them.
