Dr. Rohan Madhyani, DMD
Dr. Rohan Madhyani is a Florida native, born & raised in Orlando and is a proud UCF alumnus. His dental education took him to Cleveland, Ohio, where he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine from Case Western Reserve University. He then received advanced dental training under highly regarded specialists at the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center. Here, he became confident with treating patients who require implants, extractions, bone grafting & have complicated medical needs.
After completing his residency, Dr. Rohan spent over three years serving the Bradenton community, further honing his skills and expertise. Now, he’s delighted to return to his hometown of Orlando, bringing with him a wealth of experience and specialized knowledge.
Dr. Rohan aims to deliver the best possible treatment to his patients. With his ongoing extensive training and years of practice, he combines his knowledge with experience to continually deliver excellent dental care.
Known for his gentle touch & lighthearted nature, Dr. Rohan enjoys developing a rapport with his patients. Patients feel valued under his care.
Back in the sunshine state, Dr. Rohan is excited to serve the Orlando community. Outside of the dental office, he enjoys playing basketball, being on the water & exploring new restaurants with his wife & daughter. Dr. Madhyani also loves to play with his Goldendoodle.

Dr. Cesar Heleno, DDS/DMD

Dr. Heleno was born and raised in a small town in Brazil. His curiosity for building and problem-solving, combined with a memorable childhood visit to the dentist, sparked his passion for helping others through dentistry. Today, he brings that same dedication to every patient he treats, combining skill, compassion, and a genuine love for creating healthy, confident smiles.
He began his dental career in 2006 at the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (UFJF), an internationally recognized institution known for its high-quality education in Brazil. After completing many advanced dental trainings, he later pursued his most recent program at Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine in Massachusetts.
Now based in Oviedo, Florida, Dr. Heleno is excited to provide exceptional care to local residents. If he could define his approach to dentistry, it would be: “Always striving for improvement, constantly moving toward excellence.”
A member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Florida Dental Association (FDA), and Central Florida District Dental Association (CFDDA), he continually hones his skills through continuing education, professional networking, and staying at the forefront of dental innovations.
Dr. Heleno specializes in oral rehabilitation, with a focus on implant surgery, aesthetic orthodontics, and prosthodontics.
Outside the office, he enjoys custom woodworking, fitness, nutrition, exploring science, and spending quality time with family and friends.
